The fondue is to Switzerland what the snow is to winter. The concept is very simple, we put cheese in a caquelon (our cheese pot). When the cheese is melted, you put a piece of bread in the cheese bath.


Raclette is also a dish made out of cheese, however the concept is a little different. We put a slice of cheese in a small pan. When the cheese is melted, we eat it with potatoes, pickles and onions.


The third dish does not necessarily contain cheese, but depending on the region, cheese is grilled on it. The dish is mainly made of cut potatoes. They are then roasted in a peel.
